Instructions for Final Submission (Camera Ready) GUIDE


General information

  • - To submit your final submission (Camera Ready), please log in to ESAYCHAIR with the credentials you used to submit the original manuscript. The final submission should be submitted to EASYCHAIR and a proof PDF/Doc/Tex file of your paper by mail to the address: INTIS[at]uae(dot)ac(dot)ma with (Subject of your email is: (INTIS_Long_paper_id) OR (INTIS_Short_paper_id)).

Final submission

    For Final Acceptance Notification of your paper and for publishing it within Springer Conference Proceedings indexed Scopus/DBLP, please :
  • -1. Submit the final version (Camera ready) of your paper with taking into account all comments of the reviewers before 20/05/2024..
  • -2. Respect the Springer Template available at the conference Web site. Papers must be clearly presented in English, and formatted using Template Word, (.doc) and LaTeX2e Template, (.Zip)
  • -3. Authors are invited to submit papers of (Long papers) 14 pages and (Short paper) 6 pages (MAX) including results, figures and references.
  • -4. You must also send us the copyright transfer document in PDF format COPYRIGHT.
  • -5. You must also send a zip or tgz archive file containing the paper’s sources (tex files, images, Springer style) and a proof PDF/Doc/Tex file of your paper by mail to the address: INTIS[at]uae(dot)ac(dot)ma with (Subject of your email is: INTIS_Short_paper_id).
  • -6. Complete the registration, and pay all registration fees via Bank Transfer. Send the bank receipt copy to this email : (intis@uae.ac.ma).Early Registration deadline 20/05/2024..
  • -7. The final publication by Springer depends on the result of the plagiarism detection system.

Please note that at least one author must register for the conference no later than May 20, 2024, and present the paper in order to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings.
